Invia.hu is part of a leading Central European travel group with over 20 years of experience in the Hungarian market. We are looking for a Senior Performance Specialist to join our PPC team. You’ll plan, launch, and optimize campaigns, blending creativity with analytics to deliver outstanding results. 

Your responsibilities 

• Independently plan, create, and optimize performance campaigns aimed at maximizing lead generation while maintaining optimal ROAS and CPL, ensuring high-quality execution. 

• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to achieve key performance indicators (ROAS, CPS, CPL, CPA), ensuring efficiency and profitability. 

• Design testing schedules and evaluate hypotheses to drive continuous improvement in campaign results. 

• Experiment with new tools, communication channels, and features to enhance ROI and expand campaign potential. 

• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., product, IT, creative, sales, analytics) to implement optimizations and actions that improve campaign performance. 

• Regularly report results on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis with a strong focus on clarity, transparency, and data-driven insights. 

Requirements 

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in managing digital campaigns. 

• Proficiency with tools such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Google Analytics. 

• Experience working with ad creatives and hooks on Meta Ads. 

• Experience conducting A/B tests and evaluating results using statistical methods. 

• Knowledge of Google Tag Manager and the ability to integrate analytical tools to optimize marketing activities. 

• Understanding of attribution models, conversion windows, and the ability to analyze channels within the marketing funnel. 

• Experience working with non-standard data sources and the ability to analyze them effectively. 

• Advanced proficiency in Looker Studio for creating clear and insightful reports and visualizations. 

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office—particularly Excel—for precise data analysis. 

• Strong commitment to achieving goals and a proactive approach to developing new solutions. 

• Attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and a structured approach to work. 

• Fluency in English, sufficient for analyzing technical documentation and actively participating in international meetings. 

• Native Hungarian speaker. 

Nice to have 

• Familiarity with tools such as TikTok Ads and LinkedIn Ads. 

• Knowledge of the travel industry.
