CRM & E-mail Marketing Specialist
Position Objective
Effective customer acquisition for Invia.hu through e-mail marketing and marketing automation – ongoing optimization and development in line with market trends and the company’s strategy.
Required Experience
- 2 years of experience in e-mail marketing, with a strong emphasis on segmentation and personalization. Understanding of performance-based traffic acquisition within the e-commerce business.
- A solid grasp of CRM Marketing basics and customer lifecycle concepts. Technical knowledge, including at least basic familiarity with HTML/CSS.
- Analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- At least basic experience working with technical teams, including software development teams (IT), including knowledge of JIRA/Confluence regarding the development process and creating solution documentation.
- Practical, intermediate knowledge of tools from the Google ecosystem, with a particular focus on GA (Google Analytics) and GDS (Google Data Studio/Looker Studio).
- High business awareness – knowledge of the mechanisms governing the e-commerce business.
- Strong writing skills, creativity, and ability to create marketing messages.
- Native Hungarian. Knowledge of Slovak is a significant advantage.
- Communicative English, both written and spoken.
Desired Experience
- Broad knowledge of CRM marketing issues, with a focus on the perspective of travel industry e-commerce businesses and the Bloomreach platform.
- Experience and technical knowledge regarding the specifics of communication between applications (API) and their integration for data exchange.
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript, SQL, Python, PHP, Django Builtins (Jinja).
- Proficiency in the English language enabling fluent communication both orally and in writing.
- Ability to proactively “sell” the benefits of cooperation and negotiate commercial terms effectively.
- Basic knowledge of AI concepts.
- 1 year of experience in affiliate marketing, including managing partner programs and maintaining relationships with affiliates.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of the e-mail marketing channel: campaign planning, creation, A/B testing, deployment, and performance analysis.
- Oversight and maintenance of assigned automation processes and campaigns, ongoing monitoring and optimization of results.
- Identification, development, and implementation of new automation scenarios in the marketing automation/CRM platform.
- Development of solutions based on proper segmentation, user experience personalization, recommendation systems, and collected data.
- Preparation of documentation for proposed solutions.
- Collaboration in the technological maintenance of assigned solutions, including active participation in the migration to a new CRM/marketing automation setup.
- Market monitoring for new technological solutions and e-mail marketing best practices.
- Oversight of the company’s affiliate marketing program – including partner relationships, performance monitoring, and identification of growth opportunities.
- Cooperation with the Customer Acquisition team regarding other assigned areas.
